Installation Dimensions: allow the glass clamping length <95mm, 415mm from center of aluminum ring to the screw rod, tube diameter Φ36,the clamp plate wide 70mm

Finishing: Mirror, Satin, Sand blasting, Fluorocarbon spraying

Material: Nylon for shim, Aluminum for tube, S.S316 or CF8M for other parts

Bearing Capacity : 6000N Vertical direction

DY31 is the concealed fin clamp to hold fin glass in the top. It hangs the glass by making hole in glass which solves the problem of the insulating glass hanging. The products use stainless steel material for some parts of load bearing to improve the mechanical properties of the product and surface corrosion resistance. On the top of the clamp is the booker rod, the customer can adjust the height of glass in the jobsite. This clamp needs the glass hole opened in advance. The product performance complies with JG/T 139-2010《The support device of suspended glass curtain wall》. These products are widely used in point-fixed glass curtain wall project.
